Inductive Motor Optimization
KVAR EC increases the energy efficiency of an inductive load (AC motor) by locally controlling delivery of the necessary reactive power. As the machine operates, reactive power is pulled and pushed to and from KVAR EC by the motor. The reactive power is then recycled, leading to improvements in the power factor and a reduction in electrical demand and thus operating costs.
